Chance Miscarriage
Chance miscarriage isn't always within the mother's control; HPV tests and Pap smear is urged prior to conception to help rule out infections.
Women who practice drug and alcohol abuse increase the risk of fetal death even if it is genetically sound. Caffeine is also detrimental for the embryo. Radiation, poisons, unsafe medication, and chemicals are also dangerous. It is recommended to avoid any chance of abdominal injuries especially during the second trimester to minimize the risk of a loss of pregnancy.
